Reviews frequently mention personable sales staff and an easy, low-pressure browsing experience. Several customers describe helpful guidance from selection through delivery. Critical feedback points to communication gaps around promised repairs, unit condition at delivery, and concerns about interactions with ownership. Experiences appear mixed, with praise for staff attentiveness alongside calls for clearer timelines and post-sale follow-up.

I wasn’t going to leave a review until reading another review. I really don’t leave reviews usually, but I have had the same issue with the owner. The salesman was great and nice and helpful. But then walks in salesman office the owner. He took over the whole process after that. After talking to him I could tell he was a very shady person. Even implied about helping with funds if he needed to and we didn’t even need help with the down payment. I told him multiple times I had to leave but he had me in his office non stop talking and being very pushy and shady. Asked me 10 times for money that day! If it would have been just the salesman handling my purchase I was going to buy from them, but after meeting the owner that was extremely pushy and shady we took our business elsewhere.

I didn't buy a home from them but my husband and I went in to talk to them, the salesman was very kind and found us something in our price range but said the lot model was already sold (this is important later) and that we'd have to wait for ours to be manufactured. We signed no paperwork, we simply said we'd be going out of town that weekend and would discuss things further when we returned home. We met the owner and he said he'd like to see the property, which we agreed to.
This is where things went downhill fast, 2 days later the owner comes to our property and looks around, then before leaving asks my husband to write him a check for $1,000, my husband refused and said "for what?" And the owner tells us that it would be for holding the lot model for us, my husband mentions that the salesman had told us before that the lot model was already sold, the owner said that salesman wouldn't be working there anymore and we'd be dealing with him now. At this point all kinds of red flags are going off so my husband just says that we'll be in touch when we get back from our trip, but we fully intended to find somewhere else to buy a home.
The next morning the owner calls us again wanting to discuss cabinet colors, we shut him down and told him that we will talk to him after our trip. This was our final straw though.
Overall the owner was incredibly shady to us and was very pushy when we had never signed any paperwork. We did fill out a credit check, but that was all, we made no agreement to buy anything officially but felt like we were being pushed to impulsively sign papers and write checks. Had the owner never been involved we most likely wouldn't have had any issues, but once the owner became involved we saw only red flags and we decided to go with a different company.

thank y'all so much for helping us

We bought a repo trailer under the guise that everything would be repaired and fixed properly before it was delivered to us. In my opinion, it felt like they didn’t even start working on it until the week of preparing to move it. We made a last visit right before preparing to move it and they still hadn’t fixed everything they promised to. After we brought it up, the owner eventually decided they would repair everything we had seen. After living in the trailer for a few months, I noticed we were having an issue with German cockroaches. I’ve had to get pest control to cover fixing this issue, and they’ve told me that the only way to get these roaches is if they come in with moved appliances. All of our appliances were in the mobile home when we moved in, and we’ve been battling with them ever since. On top of that, we’ve had several water leaks, twice they were under the house above the insulation. This caused the water to hold inside the lining. If I hadn’t crawled under the house, I never would have noticed and I fear it would have caused mold. In my opinion? Integrity homes does not hold true to its name, and I don’t recommend buying from them. They were nothing but a pain to work with in the buying process, and we’ve had more issues than should have been the typical in buying a repo. Our seller kept throwing us onto the youngest salesman (who we honestly should’ve went with to begin with) and even then, when he got tired of our check ups because we had a deadline they promised to meet, they stopped returning phone calls and messages. When I started calling the owner, is when my messages were being returned promptly. No, I was not calling/messaging on weekends or outside of business hours. I called when necessary, but apparently, that was overbearing in itself—even though, our seller had said she only had one other customer at the time. We came to them, drove hours because we were promised we’d be satisfied we are not. Between having to install a new stove, being infested with cockroaches, and feeling thrown out once I had signed my name with the promise of money for our seller, I felt like that was when the helping ending. Commute to a different mobile home.

Owner is awesome. Really like him a lot (the new one, not spartan). Helped me every way he could. The home? Not so much. Everything leaked inside as soon as the water turned on and the AC unit that was installed had bad wiring and was apparently not a new unit or even a good used unit. Quoted almost $1500 to repair what was supposed to be a good working unit. Overall, not super happy, but again, the owner is a really good guy so 3 stars fits.
