My spouse and I visited Town and Country in Hattiesburg, MS in search of our dream home. After explaining exactly what we were looking for, our salesperson Chandler found the perfect home for us within minutes. Confident in our choice and comfortable with the budget, we decided to move forward. Our home was delivered on August 5, 2025.

Unfortunately, after delivery, we were not pleased with how the home was set up. The project took much longer than expected, and we also went over the original budget. The entire process became frustrating and disappointing.

In November 2025, I was able to get in contact with the manager, Mr. Danny, and explained our concerns and how upset we were with the situation. From that moment on, his leadership truly stood out. He met with us at the property, listened carefully, and immediately put a solid plan into action.

Now here we are in December 2025, and thanks to Danny’s dedication and plan, our family is getting a new home just in time for Christmas. We are beyond grateful for everything he did to turn a stressful experience into one we can finally feel good about.

Thank you, Danny, for making our house a place we can truly call home.
