If you like sleeping on a bed that is as hard a a wooden plank then this is your place. The only thing nice I can say is it is clean and close to the strip. But with so many options here in vegas you can definitely do better. HARD PASS! ON THIS PLACE!!!! P.S. the advertisement said jacuzzi tub. It's a lie it is only a soaking tub in the 1 bedroom.

I currently have water bursting from under my sink and I had to turn my water completely off. I now have no running water in my home and I have been dealing with this issue for almost two weeks. This happens every year and the earliest date you are offering is December 4 which is not reasonable. I need this repaired immediately. Being without water is a health and safety issue and the delay violates basic habitability standards. Please escalate this and send someone out today.

I believe I am the only homeowner to post so factor that into your consideration. Quality of finished product is good but lack of integrity in construction process means I would never do business with them again. If doing business with a company that does what it says it will do is important to you steer clear of Christopher homes as that is not their style. We were taken advantage of at every chance on change orders and warranty issues are ignored. As this philosophy permeates the organization it has to start at the top. Thanks

When you are buying your dream home, you hope that the entire experience is special...the Christopher Homes staff made us feel like we were their only customers. The quality time they spent with us in determining which model was right for us and then all the options we could pick was over the top! We never expected to have fun during the process but were pleasantly surprised at how easy they made it for us. We are now living in our beautiful home and couldn't be happier. They have taken care of any concern with care and thoughtfulness, and always so professional. The quality of the design and features included make us love our home even more every day.
