Where does one start when giving a review? I guess from the beginning.
Anderson and his team were professional and approachable from the beginning. They listened to what me and my designer's vision was for an overhaul of the primary bath and closet, change a formal room to an office by adding French doors and lighting, change the main floor flooring from carpet/vinyl plank to hardwood and repaint the entire main floor of our home.
Anyone who has been through any type of construction project knows there are bound to be a hiccups. Anderson listened and responded in a way that made me feel heard and appreciated as a client. He worked with the sub's to get the issues resolved quickly and professionally.
Anderson Builders Utah has some amazing TRUE craftsmen in their quiver. William and his team, who did the all the work in the Primary Bathroom, took great pride in their work. They were also respectful of the property; never leaving a mess before they left for the day.
We picked a hardwood floor that did not come with stair treads and Leon fabricated some from the flooring; you cannot see the seams. He even came up with a plan to close the gap from our less than tight space between the drywall and the stair treads.
One thing I wish I had known before we started. Anderson's team is quick to order materials, I was not prepared with a spot to store them. I will suggest having a place ready to store said materials so they do not need to be moved once delivered.
It was apparent Anderson loves what he does; he respects, not only his clients, but also his subcontractors. Every subcontractor I spoke to spoke very highly of Anderson. This says a lot in the caliber and strength of character of Anderson. I would highly recommend Anderson Builders Utah.

I met with 4 different contractors before choosing Anderson Builders because Anderson really stood out against the rest. From the start, Anderson was kind, inviting, and confident about his ability to complete our home addition with our budget and timeline in mind. What I really appreciated was his level of communication and his honesty and integrity. Having never done anything like this before, I didn't know what to expect but Anderson made this entire process so easy and worry free. First, we mapped out what we wanted to do and he gave insightful suggestions on how to make our plan even better. He detailed the timeline thoroughly and explained how payment would go, again, so easy. Once we started, I had a team of 2 project managers and Anderson in constant communication through text, email, and phone and anytime I had questions, I knew someone would respond quickly to resolve my concerns, usually within the hour. Giulia and Joao were so attentive and responsive to all of my many, many questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. One thing that really stood out for me was that if anything unexpected came up, Anderson would call me, explain the situation in detail, provide me with multiple options and discuss pricing before ever adding on to our original contract. Because of Anderson's level of experience, thorough communication, and honesty, there were no surprise costs throughout the process. Having worked with other contractors, that was so refreshing! At one point, there was a moment where a subtractor didn't know about a design change. I was able to call Anderson and he immediately fixed the issue and got everything back on track. What was incredibly impressive was that Anderson took full responsibility for having not communicated the new change to the subcontractor and assured me that all would be done exactly how we wanted. Again, having worked with other contractors, this was surprising to me since most other contractors would have placed the blame elsewhere and passed the buck. Not Anderson. His honesty and integrity showed through the entire process.

Anderson's workers are absolutely incredible! They are such hard workers (showing up at 8am and leaving at 5pm) and they actually cared about our project. Wellington and Jeferson in particular would not stop working on something until they felt like it was perfect, even when I said it was good enough. "Good enough" was not good enough for them because they clearly care about their craft. They put plastic down before coming in, swept and vacuumed anytime there was debris, and even put up plastic partitions to separate our living space from the construction space on high debris days. They showed such a high level of care for our home and made me feel like our little home addition was just as important to them as their million dollar renovations. They were kind, courteous, and so respectful of me, my family, and our home.

We absolutely love our new home addition. It has changed our lives and we're SO happy we chose Anderson Builders for our project. If you're looking for a contractor, I would recommend Anderson Builders 1,000 times over. You won't regret it!

These guys are amazing to work with. Had we not had troubles with receiving a broken bathtub (twice), they would have basically been done with our master bathroom in one month! The bathtub is a long story, so the project sadly dragged through Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Valentine's! They saw us in all our holidays! They are excellent in communication, so clean, protect all your belongings, and ask questions. William did our tile and his work is exquisite, and, Felipe is a master at everything else! I'm a do-it-yourselfer most of the time, so paying someone else was a little difficult for me, but I trusted other reviews on here regarding cost. Honestly, I couldn't even get other companies to get back with me with a bid, so I went with Anderson. Definitely recommend.

We had our bathroom remodeled with Anderson builders. We're so happy with the outcome. We were very comfortable with Anderson when he came to our house and talked over our plans. Giulia, the project manager, was so helpful and kind the whole way through the process. They were very on top of communication. We're very happy with our experience and would use Anderson again in the future.
