Online feedback is mixed. Several reviews praise the office and showroom experience, noting welcoming staff, attractive spaces, and an easy selections process. A few neighbors near a remodel project report early-morning noise, dust control issues, and congestion from trucks. Themes commonly mentioned include hospitality at the headquarters, design appeal, and concerns about site impacts during construction.
Sage Homes is remodeling a house in my neighborhood and it has been a horrible experience. They don’t control their dust and absolutely everything in my yard is completely covered in dust all the time. They do not adhere to city codes regarding noise. I was woken up at 4:40 this morning because a semi truck was making deliveries over there. My google fiber went out this weekend and it had something to do with the construction taking place at this home. I’ve seen them repeatedly use my driveway to turn around in. We’ve found sharp metal pieces all over the driveway from the roof installation (witnessed one of their own workers get a flat tire because of this). They consistently block my other neighbors driveway so she cannot see to back out or get her mail.
I live in a neighborhood where Sage Homes is "remodeling" an existing house. This is now going on 8-9 months of "remodel". They have big trucks coming into the neighborhood between 6:00-6:30 every morning (most times on Saturdays & Sundays as well). Trucks parked up & down the road on both sides. They have blocked my driveway, my mailbox & garbage cans. I have repeatedly requested them not to (& while they are decent about moving them it just keeps happening). I finally had to contact Draper City Code Enforcement to get them to stop. However they do block my neighbors mailbox (who won't complain) on a daily basis. Not only that, but there is an extreme amount of dirt & dust flying around all day long, & I believe that is also a code violation, sometimes you can't even see across the street because the dirt/dust is so bad. I can't open any windows as it would fill my house with dirt.I have also observed big trucks stop right in the travel lane & proceed to use forklifts to unload (stopping traffic in both directions.....and one lane is near a bend)......they do not use any type of traffic control whatsoever, which I believe is also a code violation. There were small pieces of metal that were all over the road (from the metal roof), I had to pick them up as I was concerned about getting a flat tire. I told the workers about it but they didn’t seem concerned, & the very next day one of their trucks ended up with a flat tire.I could deal with this if it was a limited thing, but going on 8-9 months of constant dirt, noise, & blocking of mailboxes, driveways is just too much. They seem to think that they can just do whatever they want, whenever they want. It has become beyond ridiculous. They showed up at 9:00 pm to do tractor work, Seems there is no consideration for disrupting the neighborhood, it’s just never ending. Not impressed.
I’ve loved using this space for Women’s Gatherings & Client Events. It’s simply gorgeous & cozy at the same time with the fireplace, lovely furnishings & decor. Thank you, Jessop owners & company, for sharing your lovely space!
