As a new client building our first home, it was a daunting task to take on and invest in but the Amira’s made it easy. They let me be as hands-on as I wanted or to sit back and let them take the reins. I chose the former and questions I had a many, they addressed them easily-morning, noon, or night…call, text, email- they responded instantly. I interviewed multiple builders before my project hit paper and Amira had the best price point with quality superior to all others (plumbing, electrical, framing was all built stronger and better than the multiple other custom builders I interviewed). They take pride in their work and go the extra miles so that their clients are 100% satisfied. If something comes during the build that you need to address, say something and they will fix it. I truly loved every part of this experience! One thing that really stood out was how Mr. Stuart personally invited me in to discuss our ideas. I was pretty particular about what I wanted, but he was so positive and encouraging about each suggestion, always taking the time to explore how we could bring those ideas to life.What really impressed me was the custom floor plan process. They give you the opportunity to work directly with a designer to create a layout that reflects exactly what you envision—which I absolutely loved. At one point, my husband and I weren’t sure how to incorporate a specific feature we really wanted, and Colleen made a suggestion that ended up being absolutely perfect. Their thoughtful input made such a meaningful difference.The entire home-building process was incredibly smooth. At one point, my husband and I actually looked at each other and said, “Is there anything left for us to do?”—because they were so on top of everything. Their communication and involvement at every stage gave us such peace of mind.I still remember walking away from a walkthrough with Stuart and Colleen feeling like I’d just spent time with my Uncle Stuart and Aunt Colleen—they made it that comfortable and personal.Unless God has other plans, this is our forever home—and Amira Builders made it truly perfect!
It was a privilege to work with Stuart, Chad, and Coleen at Amira builders. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Having zero knowledge of construction or contracting I put my trust in them and they delivered 1000%. Their subcontractors are also extremely professional and competent. If you wish to have your dream home come to life, Amira Builders is the perfect place to be. Colleen, Stuart, Chad and Brittany go above and beyond to make the building process as stress free as possible. The time they took to listen to what we wanted and offer suggestions to make what we had in our minds even better was more than we expected. They were always available for any questions we had and helpful when planning the finishing touches of our home. They treat you like family and even 6 months after our move in, still care about our home like we do. The attention to detail and custom work provided makes a world of difference in making a house a HOME. Our experience with the Amira's and the building process was just amazing. We quite literally can say, they made our dreams come true. We are now living in our forever home and could not be happier with it. If we had to build again, it would only be with Amira.
