This review is four years overdue. I’m a customer who visits the store occasionally to purchase a cleaner only sold in this location. Since I live rather far I make sure to call ahead before making the trip to inquire if they have the product in stock and every single time I’ve called the cashiers who have helped me place me on a brief hold to go check the isle then confirm is available and I’ve always thank them for taking the time to help before I end the call. This afternoon I went about the same routine but forgot to ask for the amount they had at the store. I apologized for having her make a second trip but she made me feel at ease and did it gladly. I then asked for her name as I wanted to make sure the company is aware of such valuable employee who prioritizes customer service, something hard to find nowadays. I am grateful for her willingness to help and kindness. Thank you so much Pilar! You are truly an inspiration and a breath of fresh air.
Good place for some items you can't find at the larger chain stores. Prices do tend to be a little bit higher. Parking can sometimes be a problem and not open as late as other stores.
This hardware store is like or better then Home Depot , prices are very like or better. They also have a paint and lumber department plus they have everything a local hardware would have. Anything you need they’ll have it. Plus people there are very helpful as well. If you live around the area there is no need to drive longer to a big name store.
Exelent place, get most of my doit yourself material in this hardware store. Great ambiance, good vibes. Pilar, at the entrance, Enrrique el quimico, Benny, and the team are very dedicated and helpful. Makes my day!!! Highly recommended to family and friends
Awesome place to find your miracle part, very knowledgeable workers. It's a great place that has what you need in a pinch. Like a hardwood store your dad would take you too when you were a kid. Can't say enough great words about this place.
