The grove at Cottesmore the board members that live here do what they want to their property but if other owners do anything like planting flowers or their private backyard they will make you remove and give violations to fine you 100 a day until it’s removed! They don’t take care of the yards or shrub cutting and very little seeding and fertilizer! These board members want what they want and refuse anything others want to do to make improvements!

This place was one of the first builders we have looked in this location. Staff was very knowledgeable about the homes and options available. Was not aware at the time that there were so many options. My only worry with this builder is longevity of the home. I went to a royal home neighborhood that had been established for quite sometime and noticed that some of the vinyl siding was warped. This could be due to heat, negligence on the owners part, cheap product etc. I also worry about settling of the home after they build the home so fast on recently cleared land. Staff insured me and informed me about they warranty in place for the home. They have built hundreds of homes and seem to have a well established customer base. Staff will spend hours of their time with you to make sure you understand the house building process. Printed off multiple printouts for us. Very easy to work with these people. I was impressed.

Worst Builder I have ever seen- Bought a brand new home from Royal Homes Cottesmore Since we signed in - it has brought us nothing but trouble & more trouble every day! The Builder is not good in customer Service and very adamant in his voice and not ready to listenThe House we brought even did not have shower curtain rods, fans blinds ,toilet paper holder we ended up paying 315 for no reason . The builder says it their rule but not were in contract this was mentioned and we ended up paying more in doing extra things around the house
