Absolutely 5 star transaction. Caleb at DR Horton provided my buyer a great experience when purchasing a new home. Although the builder had their own set of forms and contracts, I found them easy to navigate and Caleb was able to answer my question. Additionally, they saved my client money through their lending department and they covered my buyer agent fee entirely. They use a fantastic escrow officer for closing and the deal was done on time with no hangups. Great job Caleb and DR Horton!
