So more trees were torn down so people of certain income could live on a mini golf course? I wonder what habitats were hurt in the making of this expensive, boring neighborhood. Forests and marshlands are constantly destroyed in Oregon/SW WA for these subdivisions. And I HATE HOA. Won't ever live under one and I think they need to be demolished! I already live in Portland and there's so much more charm. My neighborhood has trees too and it's 5 min to forest park!
It's a great concept, once all of the homes and stores are finished its going to be a wonderful neighborhood and shopping center.
HORRIBLE experience! We went into the office to inquire about houses as we really want to move into the area and was “helped” by a Bonnie Zemanski, she has left such a bad taste in my mouth. She was not personable at all, rude and not knowledgeable. She kept over talking me and being very condescending! Every time she would ask me a question and I answered she would look confused like I was saying something abnormal or weird but I wasn’t! She asked why do you like it? Me, that’s just our preference- her: ??? Confused look. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome!! And then when SHE thought she couldn’t help us anymore, she was like rushing us out the door and didn’t care to help anymore. My husband wanted to take a flyer of the homes and she said you don’t need it, we don’t have what you’re looking for! OMG what if we change our mind??? Or compromise on our preference??? A good salesman should NEVER discourage because people CAN change their minds. Lastly, my husband kept asking her specific questions and she didn’t know the answers so I would highly recommend to avoid her, I just wish I had a better experience because we really love the vision of the community.
I absolutely adore this place! Tha parks here are generously spacious, perfect for kids to go out and play to their hearts content. The sidewalks are maintained well and inviting you for leisurely strolls, and they add a touch of charm to the surroundings. The proximity of the parks to each other is a delightful bonus, making it incredibly convenient to explore multiple green spaces in one outing. It's the best for children, offering both fun and convenience in abundance.
Subdivision life has no appeal to me but Reeds crossing is a beautiful and well developed community. I work for the company that did and is still doing all of the ground work. If your looking for a suburban life this is it..
