They have become like family to me. builder had great intent, used quality product, but only as good as their subcontractors, with little oversite, may things done without the thought of quality, many items have been and continue to be fixed, i was told during building that issues i pointed out, would be fixed, not all were conpleted, i have done many little repairs myself, house is only weeks old. i payed premium dollars for side yard of my townhouse, only to learn i have 2 1" irrigation lines running through the middle of my yard, only 12" deep, that is forcing me to rethink the plans i had for my yard
After one year of my home ownership, I can definitely say they have best customer service among all their competitors. Starting with my buying experience, Xavier was very helpful and understanding. He helped us with each and every step of process until closing. After ownership, David weekly team made sure our move was comfortable and helped us with any minor issues in the house. Hats off to David Warranty team lead by Curtis and Jeff. They took care of each and every issues so perfectly. They make sure it’s resolved on time with complete satisfaction.
