Nice homes and lots of open spaces. However HOA (Crystallake Community management) is quite frustrating, unprofessional and has lots of restrictions. Anyone moving in the area should be mindful about that.

Very nice area to walk around, will be much more entertaining for to kiddos when they can play on structures.
