Landry did an amazing job helping me find the right kind of home, Grant help me with making sure everything in the home worked correctly! From start to finish, MI has been amazing! The sales agent Chris answered every question and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Johnny, our construction manager - did everything he said and gave us such confidence that so much care was going into the construction of our home. MI financial was very communicative and made sure we had no questions throughout the loan process. And finally, MI title - the closing process has been a breeze! Warm smiles and welcomes all around. Everyone has been very knowledgeable and helpful to ensure we remained confident in this final step of the home buying process. We are now happy residents of the Sorella Community and look forward to one day getting to work with the MI team again!

We recently completed our home purchase through M/I Homes and would like to highlight the great experience we had with the Claims/Title departments and the Sales team. She helped make all the paperwork and details feel organized and manageable, which made a huge difference. Gabi from the Sales department was also exceptional. From the beginning, she was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to answer questions. She guided me clearly without pressure and made the experience feel personal and smooth. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Lastly, we want to recognize David from the Claims department for his support and follow-through. He was attentive, timely, and took the time to ensure everything was handled correctly. His commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out.
