We trusted Anastasi Builders with an extensive renovation of our home (a 1960s fixer-upper), and Amrin and his team handled it all with skill, safety, and professionalism. They helped gut and rebuild multiple areas -- bathrooms, kitchen, ceilings -- and remove a structural wall. They also put in a new HVAC, electrical panel, and re-piped the house. Amrin deserves particularly high praise for his communication, as he patiently fielded our many questions/calls throughout the process with attentiveness and good humor. This is a high-integrity company and I recommend them for your remodeling needs. We love our house!

Amrin and his team did an amazing job on our major kitchen remodel !!! Our remodel involved taking out two walls and substantial reinforcement of the open space, rerouting drains and plumbing, closing up one side of a two sided fireplace, installing new cabinets and installing quartz countertops and a huge island, closing up an exterior window to build a pantry at that end of the kitchen !!! Ceiling lights, pendant lights and under-counter and toe kick lighting. He also poured concrete in our front living room that was a step down area to level it with the kitchen and entryway. Also new flooring for our ENTIRE downstairs! New linen closet doors upstairs and downstairs with doors and hardware that matched our new kitchen !!! Our new kitchen looks EXACTLY like the architect’s rendering from the planning stages !!! Amrin and his entire team did an awesome job, they were hard working and very detail oriented!!! He was reasonably and competitively priced for the job.

Amrin and his team gutted and remodeled our kitchen, painted the interior of our home and did a few other projects for us. The entire experience from our initial meeting to completion was wonderful. Amrin has outstanding communication and project management skills. He was very clear as to what we could expect and how the work would be completed. The quality of the work was impeccable and attention to detail, passion and pride in a job well done were evident in everyone that he assigned to our project. Everyone was honest, trustworthy, respectful and gracious. The work area was kept clean and organized on a daily basis. He and his team worked seamlessly with our designer. The cost was competitive and transparent - we had zero issues with invoicing and payment. When we encountered an “opportunity” Amrin exhibited effective problem-solving skills, a calm that instantly put us at ease and the patience of a saint. His responsiveness amazed us. We couldn’t be happier - we love the result. We can’t recommend Anastasi Builders highly enough - way more than 5 stars!
