Dukes Homes made the building experience great. They took our vision and needs and turned it into a reality. They met timelines, communicated great and were patient along the way. Evan was awesome to work with. Super receptive, responsive and an overall good dude. The house is exactly what we wanted! They also have been exceptional post build. I had an idea to purchase a park bench in memory of my father in law and they not only made it happen they helped with the surprise! Thanks Dena ????

Duke Homes was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first experience with a custom built home while living out of state. We lived in Chicago during the entire process and the Duke team was just exceptional. Everyone was always available and helpful all while doing this remotely. The workmanship is fantastic. My husband and I appreciate all the hard work from Mike, Mark, Matt, Regina, Tracy and Dena.

We just moved into our second house built by Duke Homes. Everyone was great to work with from the design phase through completion. They have an awesome group of vendors that do a fabulous job. Our construction supervisor was on site daily and answered all of our questions. If we ever build again it will be with Duke Homes!
