Overall Satisfaction: Everything went perfectly smoothly. I appreciated the alacrity with which the team moved to help us close on a very short timeline.Sales Experience: There was still some confusion about the transition from LANDSEA to Risewell. I understand it takes time for a person to come up to speed, but when answers were unknown, we were never offered a follow-up or more information. So we went online to research on our own.Construction Experience: Bryan and (I think his name was Zach?) were awesome, helpful, and had great attitudes, plus follow-through.Home Delivery: Bryan followed through on every last item. He's a great asset to Risewell.
Customer Care/Service Experience: Horacio Gonzalez, our Customer Service Representative, did a fantastic job getting us settled into our new home and quickly helped resolved any issues and/or problems with our home in a timely manner.Windows/Sliding Glass Doors: The Sliding Door 'Screen' can be difficult locking on occasion.Heating & Air Conditioning: Only a one degree difference between upstairs (3rd floor) and downstairs (2nd floor).Doors: Overall great garage system, especially the battery backup! One improvement, the Garage door did not work natively with Apple HomeKit (Siri), needed to buy a separate unit to integrate garage with 'smart' home.Sound Transmission: Very impressed with the level of NO sound transmission between units. Very well designed!Appliances: Some are 'Smart' like the Fridge and Oven, that works with Samsung 'SmartThings.' Yet the Microwave and Dishwasher are not? Seems inconsistent.Expectations: The comments I mention are nit picky, overall great experience! As mentioned, the Customer Representative was an important factor to my ratings, please continue to invest in their training and career.

We always felt supported and never rushed, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable.Sales Experience: Our sales representatives, Valerie and Lori were incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step to us as first-time buyers. We never felt pressured, and they made sure we fully understood our options before making any decisions.Construction Experience: Our construction representative Julio was great to work with, always patient, communicative, and willing to explain the details of the building process. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated how they kept us updated on progress and made sure we understood what to expect at each stage.Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Bobby made our walk-through experience excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated how patient he was and how thoroughly he answered all of our questions, helping us feel confident and prepared before move-in.Home Delivery: Our home delivery experience was smooth and exciting. Everything was ready as promised, and the team took the time to walk us through the final details to make sure we understood everything. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how organized and welcoming the process felt. And we will never forget thoughtful, meaningful, cute and funny little gifts Valeris and Lori gave to us! ????
Our experience with them has been wonderful — we absolutely love our new home! From day one, they were helpful and responsive, and the entire buying process went much faster than we expected. We did have a couple of minor issues with the cabinet under the sink and a kitchen outlet, but they addressed and resolved them right away. Overall, we’re very happy with our home and the service we received.

From all my questions and all the reminders and step by step guide by everyone I have encountered in this ourchasing experience. Agent Greg Hobiera is particularly helpful.Sales Experience: He was very fast in his response in all of my questions. And they have made it as much as possible to cater to our requests.Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Dave was so quick to find cosmetic deficiencies that we haven't noticed and we appreciate the fact that he was very thorough. He was very easy to talk to and understand as he explained to us how everything works.
