The architectural styles and floor plans are fabulous. The design team has such a large variety of styles ranging from Mediterranean, Farmhouse, English Tudor and many others. There’s nothing like getting a home just the way you want it.

I recently visited Grand Homes in Irving, TX, and while the homes are well-built, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of variety. All the houses pretty much look the same from the outside, with only small differences in interior designs. While some may appreciate the uniformity, I personally prefer a bit more individuality when it comes to curb appeal. The quality of the construction seems solid, and the interior finishes are nice, but it didn’t quite stand out as much as I hoped. If you’re looking for a consistent and reliable option, this could be a good choice, but don’t expect much uniqueness.
We had a team brunch at the model home with Heather, the sales rep! One of the best experiences I’ve had being in real estate!! Heather’s smile and bubbly personality was so welcoming! We felt right at home and felt as if we knew her for years! The information she provided us for Grand Homes was more than informative and professional. She’s a natural!
