August 2020, we had a house fire. At that time we meet Zack Penn with Key Life Homes. He was such a blessing to us. We did not even know where to start. The city and insurance said house needs boarded up, then torn down and hauled off very quickly. We did not even know who to call. Zack gave us names and numbers of people he know. It went so smooth. Then came the decision did we want to rebuild on the spot we had lived for 42 years. We decided, we did. We decided to go with Key Life Homes. Zack had the foundation & under ground plumbing checked out so we decided to rebuilt starting there. There was some changes we want to go, so a list was started. Zack got ahold of Jack Nulty and it begun. Everything we wanted Jack was about to change for us. Zack was so easy to work with on picking out roof, bricks and all the other things for the house. It was amazing what both Zack & Jack did for our new home. They were there every step of the way, keeping us updated. As the time went on, we made friends for life with them. Our new house was amazing. We could not ask for two better men to work with. Even after house was completed and we had questions, they were there. We had our 50 wedding Anniversary party in our new home and both came to celebrate with us. Could not have ask for a better place to have our home built by the Key Life Homes. It surely was a blessing for us. My husband Carl passed away a year after we moved in and both Jack & Zack have been there for me. LeAnn Kriz

I have lived in a house built by Key Life and I was truly impressed by its solidness. I’ve lived in houses that were cookie cutters and the walls were thing and cheap materials were used. Not with a Key Life home. It’s structure was solid, the materials were solid, and the attention to details was impressive.I also had the opportunity to meet and get to know the family who owns Key Life. I made the connection why the homes built by Key Life was so excellently done.The Penn family is a family that are known and loved by everyone who have met them. They are honest, loyal, kind humble and treats everyone with honor and respect. Just talking to folks in the community, I found that they have helped sooo many families in need, but yet, you never hear them brag about it. That says a lot about who they are.This is the family/company that is rare now a days. Excellent service, hardworking, stands behind their product (homes), honest and respectful to their customers, and just down right good people.I would recommend and refer anyone looking to build to Key Life Homes. I know that they would receive amazing service and know that they would have beautiful solid home.
