From start to finish, our bathroom project felt as though it was taken as seriously as any larger project by Baker Builders. Scott provided support throughout and took the lead in coordinating the visit by the professionals who then made suggestions and ultimately worked on our bathroom. The weekly communication from Amy was far superior to anything we’ve seen. The almost daily journaling and photographs on the shared online platform kept us in the loop with progress. The walk through and followup at the closure of the project by Aaron and Warren, who discussed their long-term commitment to their work, was ultra-professional and helped us feel completely supported. We wholeheartedly recommend Baker Builders and would absolutely call on them for any upcoming projects.
We love our remodeled bathroom - every detail from heated tile floor, tiled shower with small footrest and inlaid shelf, to the lighting and new fan installation, to the glass door (that helps our bathroom look larger), to the hookup for a heated seat bidet, and everything else - feels perfect!

We can’t say enough good things about Baker Builders and their team! My husband and I are used to doing our own repairs and upgrades ourselves but when we purchased our home in August we quickly discovered a nightmare beneath the surface that was not discovered prior to purchase. Scott and Warren came to assess and make a plan to help us. They moved quickly, professionally and compassionately to help us. They saved our home and gave us peace of mind that the walls are safe and secure. The trades they use are excellent as well. A good experience throughout with each of them, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, hvac. The companies they use are top notch and the people were very knowledgeable helpful and nice as well. We just finished our inside projects with Baker and we love the results. They are starting our next phase on the outside and we know it will be just as great! Amy in the office is so friendly and efficient and great with her updates and communication with us. We could not be happier that we chose Baker Builders!

Scott patiently worked through countless design revisions until everything was exactly right. Amy in the office was an absolute miracle worker — her calm expertise kept my anxiety in check every step of the way. And Warren? I don’t think he ever said “no” to any of my ideas or changes — he just found a way to make them happen.

Aaron Baker deserves immense credit for assembling such an exceptional team. From contractors and staff to the construction crew, everyone was stellar. The job site was kept as clean as possible, and the communication was outstanding. Regular updates and prompt responses made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Finally, the quality of the workmanship speaks for itself — our custom project turned out absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, Baker Builders delivered a true five-star experience!

We were able to be involved in every decision. We were able to meet and communicate with every contractor. We were able to work with a Title company to ensure we were happy with work before payment.
