We had a 4 seasons room added to our home. We asked Wolfe to construct the add-on to as if it had been there 20 years ago. Wolfe DELIVERED!!! I initially thought the process was going to be full of drama. I am pleased to say it was not. The Project Manager kept us fully informed about who was coming and when. We are VERY PLEASED. I am saving for the next project. Guess who will be doing it. Wolfe of course.
I had my kitchen floor replaced in Jackson, TN, and they matched it perfectly to my old flooring. We also added an addition to the house, and both projects turned out great.
Just had our shower remodeled by Wolfe Construction Company, and it came out great! We couldn't be happier! They are easy to work with and are punctual.
Never again!! Do NOT believe their commercials that say “on time and on budget” because reality could not be further from the truth! I have details and photos. Their sales folks are extremely responsive and available and then as soon as the contract is signed and they have 1/3 of your money, they get going when they feel like it not when was promised. Not only that but they may start the job, work 1 or 2 days, and then not come back for weeks. The excuse was waiting for materials that were ordered, or they changed vendors. Piles of trash were left in the yard for 2 days shy of a month. including their drink cans and bottles. Nails dropped everywhere in gravel driveway. I had not 1 but 2 flat tires as a result. Cigarette butts dropped everywhere including inside my garage. Shoddy work was done because even with all the chiefs they have, no one was minding the workers. My husband and I would call and complain. At one point I was told that the owner Wes would call me back. He never did. They don’t care. The project manager Michael was a joke. Even when I went to the office and talked to him face to face about the remaining things that needed to be done, he said he would get them done. Well 2 more weeks went by with nothing so we bought and installed our own door handle and lock and I called the garage door vendor myself and they confirmed that Wolfe Co never contacted them to finish the work. If I could give this company less than 1 star I would!
Our kitchen was becoming an eyesore and desperately needed an update. Friend of a friend recommended Wolfe Company and I'm so glad we went with them! Everything turned out great and didn't take as long as they estimated, which was definitely a plus. Will be using them again!
