My husband and I bought a parcel of land on the river to build our dream home. We contacted several of the larger custom home building companies but didn’t feel that sense of comfortability with any of them. By chance we came across Solid Rock Custom Homes during our search. My husband and I met with Brad Hamilton the owner/Builder at his River Side office. From the first handshake we felt very comfortable with Brad. He came across as a very down to earth and honest person. After our initial meeting with Brad, we knew we had found the right person to build our home.Unlike larger building companies that have an onsite foreman, Brad oversees his builds personally. He was on site almost every day during our build making sure that everything was being done to the highest standards. Communication with Solid rock was fantastic. Brad was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions we had. Besides a great experience during the building process, Brad built us a home that exceeded our expectations by far. We feel blessed to have found the right person to build our dream home and highly recommend Solid Rock Custom Homes.
A true professional. Honest, respectful, understanding, humble, direct, competitive, responsible, driven, informative, knowledgeable, precise and caring. In 2017 we met Brad and Emily to look a home. In hopes of selling and buying, We reached contract agreements for both homes with ease. I for one cannot compare them to any other real estate agency, brokerage or builder in North Florida. The time spent teaching and helping while listening is incredible. During COVID and lumber price changes, we second guessed ourselves and were nervous and made the mistake of not using Solid Rock Custom Homes. It was a HUGE mistake. We chose local to our county and paid for it. Brad still remained loyal and honest even years later to help us finish our dream home. Oh yeah, back in 2020, he also helped us design the prints. So now it's 2024, our house is complete and it truly is our home. God put Brad in our paths for more reasons than I have already listed.Solid Rock Homes knows the answers. I can’t say enough good things about Solid Rock Custom Homes. Brad built a back porch addition on our home. From start to finish Brad was there to answer all our questions and even set up meetings with building supply companies to assist us in selecting building materials. Brad is meticulous with details and cleaned up the job site each day. Everyone is completely blown away when they see our new porch and I know it has added much value to our home. I wholeheartedly recommend Brad for all your construction needs.
