We cannot say enough great things about SILVERMAN. They truly care about the safety, security, and overall well-being of their tenants. After every snowstorm, their snow removal team works tirelessly to ensure walkways and entrances are cleared quickly and thoroughly so residents feel safe coming and going.The concierge team is simply the best in the business — Edwin, Mia, and Henry consistently go above and beyond. They are professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents. Their kind and welcoming demeanor really sets them apart. Our daughter looks forward to seeing Edwin every morning... we're going to miss our morning fist bumps and high fives. Mia is exceptional at connecting with residents, especially their children. We always look forward to seeing her! Henry goes above and beyond helping tenants with whatever they may need! They're true rockstars!What really sets SILVERMAN apart is the personal touch. Paul Silverman himself calls tenants, invites them to events, remembers special dates, and even knows residents’ children by name. We really enjoyed our 2.5 years in the Silverman building the Park Francis. The building was well run and everyone on the Silverman team was always courteous and responsive. The Silverman family is involved and cares about the tenants. I highly recommend Silverman as a landlord and could definitely see being a tenant with them again in the future.
We lived at Park Francis for a year and a half between selling our home in the suburbs and moving out of the area. We had such a great time in the Hamilton Park neighborhood and the apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed. Even in that short time we developed nice relationships with the staff at Park Francis. Everyone was warm, friendly and responsive. Silverman does a great job.
We've spent 8 wonderful years at Charles & Co, and our positive experience is entirely due to the staff members Silverman hires. The front desk staff in particular are truly top notch. We miss Angel, but she really set the bar for Henry, Mia, and Edwin, who are all fantastic in their own right. If Henry ever has a bad day, he has never once brought it to work. The man is kind, considerate, thoughtful, and just all-around the best sort of concierge a resident could ask for. Edwin is the consummate professional, who clearly takes pride in what he does. And Mia is the nicest! It's always such a joy to see her smile and catch up on life. And speaking of setting the bar high, Paul is one of a kind. He personally CALLS us every year to thank us for our renewal. What landlord does that?! It's no wonder the people who work for him uphold such high standards. We'd recommend living in Charles & Co to anyone, without reservation.
My decade as a resident of Charles & Co was wonderful. The building itself was the heartbeat of Montgomery Street - home to some of the best businesses in Jersey City and the vibrant coworking space, AndCo. I fell in love with the building when it opened, thanks to its incredible location, more intimate size, amenities and high end apartment finishes. They did a fantastic job at curating community through resident events like happy hours, wine and cheese tastings, pasta making classes and more. The staff also played a pivotal role in my experience. Many thanks to Paul, Eric, Vanessa, Javia, Tyron, Dan, Henry, Jenny, Angel, Mia, Johnson, Tyler, Pedro and the entire Ando staff for making my experience at Charles & Co. an exceptional one!
