We worked with John over a three-year period to develop an overgrown lot with a dilapidated waterfront.   From the first day to the last day, we never once doubted John's passion and commitment to quality.  He leveraged numerous third-party relationships to deliver on our vision.  From the waterfront bulkhead, the dock, the landscaping to the house, the finished product is beautiful and exudes a level of quality that only a high attention to detail can deliver.  On top of that John stands by his work and continued to follow up on issues we ran into well after our move in date.  We feel very fortunate and proud to call this new property our home!

John and his team built my custom home 6 years ago in Port Salerno and my wife and I were exceptionally pleased with the initial build quality as well as the support we received since the build. We built our three-story home on the beach with JMC just as COVID began—broke ground March 1, 2020, and two weeks later the world shut down.
