We worked with John over a three-year period to develop an overgrown lot with a dilapidated waterfront. From the first day to the last day, we never once doubted John's passion and commitment to quality. He leveraged numerous third-party relationships to deliver on our vision. From the waterfront bulkhead, the dock, the landscaping to the house, the finished product is beautiful and exudes a level of quality that only a high attention to detail can deliver. JMC built our custom home on the ocean on Hutchinson island and we love it! We have had best experience with John Cherveny owner and operator of JMC. We built during time of national crisis, Covid. John went above and beyond the standard builder/contractor. He extended himself and his team in a trying time and provided much needed support and guidance to us. John is a thorough professional. He has a keen eye for obvious challenges and his experiences also anticipate potential issues which he can address to prevent downstream ones. He helped us implement our Architectural plans and added insights where he might make slight changes or additions. He demolished the existing house, removed all debris, worked with all permitting and sight planning and prepared the same for construction. He used the highest qualified contractors for the entire build. Some of which we can call on even after two years of occupancy. We live in a unique and beautiful setting in Harbour Ridge. This home exceeds all of our others and is of the highest quality and configuration we have built. John calls us periodically and has stopped by to see if we needed anything from paint to stucco, roofing to cabinetry. He notices small things and immediately engages contractors. he has even come over to oversee work on projects unrelated to the initial construction. We cannot say enough about John and JMC.
