Melissa Hollis
AVB was amazing to work with in the early stages of our home build. Moving here was a major transition, and they jumped in quickly to help us navigate the change while teaching us a tremendous amount about the area, how to find and pick the right property, and what to consider when designing a home in Michigan that also reflected our vision and style.
Special shoutout to Amanda and Jennifer who were a dream team! They made the process informative, creative, fun, and inspiring. Their expertise, resources, and well-thought-out process really set them apart. If you're looking for a builder to bring your dream home to life, I can't recommend AVB enough!

AVB goes well beyond any other builder in Michigan. No matter who you are or what you want them to build, the team over there is amazing and makes sure you are well cared for. I had a condo built over the past year. From the initial steps to the end, Shelly Worden and Scott Lanting are with you every step of the way, making the process really effortless on your part. There wasn't any of the employees on the job site or in the office that didn't go out of their way to make me feel like I was part of their family. The quality build that they do is one of the best out there.
