AVB goes well beyond any other builder in Michigan. No matter who you are or what you want them to build, the team over there is amazing and makes sure you are well cared for. I had a condo built over the past year. From the initial steps to the end, Shelly Worden and Scott Lanting are with you every step of the way, making the process really effortless on your part. There wasn't any of the employees on the job site or in the office that didn't go out of their way to make me feel like I was part of their family. The quality build that they do is one of the best out there.
Wonderful people to work with. The process of building our condo was really a lot of fun. Any questions were answered quickly, any issues were taken care of promptly. We were treated like we were their only clients. And we ended up with a beautifully built condo in a beautiful community.
This is the second time we have used AVB Construction for a large and detailed project. Could not be more pleased with the results. They take the time to listen to our wants and needs before getting started and during the project it feels as though they are a part of our team. They have always kept us informed during the build asked for continuance input and finished the project ahead of the promised end date.
