Watt's Construction is great to work with. They have a great team with years of experience. They know how to design and build beautiful homes, condominiums and commercial buildings too!
The bare minimum. Was told we’d get budget updates as the build progressed, Nope. No formal change orders when we wanted alterations to the plan. Checks to contractors work weren’t done often, and details that needed work were overlooked until multiple reminders from owners made. Home flooded because proper window wells were not installed to fit grading. After replacing the correct window wells proper length escape ladder’s weren’t put in place. Roofing trusses were left out in the mud for a few months before framing with no protection, a few were installed in not the greatest condition. Cheap drip edges were used and the whole roof edge buckled needing replacement. Windows used are so cheap you can see the bow in the framing.
We purchased our condo from Watts Homes and Construction, they have been great to work with through the purchase. We then decided to use Watts to finish the basement. They have done a great job, communicated throughout the process and have minimized the impact on our daily household operation. Matt, Joy and the team have been responsive to our questions. Our basement was finished ahead of schedule and looks wonderful. Thank you Watts Team!
