We just moved into our new home built by DNM. We worked with DNM from the foundation stage on. They had a house plan and lot that we really liked. As soon as we met Derek , we felt comfortable instantly. Blair was very accessible and accommodating throughout the build. My wife Tracee appreciated his attention to detail. As i am sure with any project, things can come up. Any concerns or speed bumps that did come up, were dealt with professionally and to our satisfaction. The house is perfect. Very minor deficiencies at move that were handled. They use the very best trades - especially their finishing carpenters. We highly recommend DNM!

DNM built our family’s home in 2016 and 4 years later we couldn’t be happier. After seeing some of DNM past projects and meeting with Derek, Joel and Blair we quickly decided that these were the guys we wanted to guide us through our first building experience. From house design all the way to landscaping these guys walked us through every step of the way all while keeping us on time and within budget. Building a house is a stressful endeavor with lots of money and decision making involved and we still feel very lucky to have had the DNM team to help us make the right decisions for both our family and our budget. We really can’t say enough good things about these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

DNM Enterprises was great to work with from start to finish! We booked a basement renovation with them, and Joel managed our project from start to finish, continuously checking in with us before moving onto the next major step. Joel worked with us and helped us create a vision for the basement, encouraging us to consider how we wanted it to function while we lived there, and to consider the pros and cons of each idea when it came to resale value.

Demolition was completed quickly, and they left no mess for us to deal with or worry about taking away.

A huge bonus for us, was they even tried their best to work around our baby’s sleep schedule – in a small home this was such a saving grace
!
Joel was available throughout the entire process to answer my (many) questions, and always took the time to explain everything in detail.
The final result turned out beautifully - I wouldn’t hesitate to work with DNM again.
