He was able to talk us through what we were looking for and take our disjointed ideas to put them together to build a beautiful plan around all of our needs, while offering extensive experience to help us understand the advantages and disadvantages of all options. Ross was very kind and patient with us as we asked millions of questions and had edits done over and over again! Brandon is working with us in the field, and he has incredible knowledge, experience, and connections which make us feel confident about our decision making for the construction of the home. We know that under his supervision, we’ll be getting fantastic workmanship in our contractors. Overall we’ve had a great experience so far and can’t wait to build this house!!!

Chris Williams is extremely knowledgeable about their products, kind, respectful, and utterly professional. We have built multiple homes in the past with different builders, but this team is by far the most flexible builders I'v ever worked with. Fair pricing, zero pressure to purchase, and a great selection of quality finishes included in their standard pricing. You don't see a lot of that happening today.
Just stopped to give a big thumbs up to our team at Americas Home builder. Uploading pictures of our amazing process. We are extremely happy with everything until now, our project manager Michael Flores has become like family every day more and more he informs us of every day progress on our home and listens to our concern and is so patient with all our million questions, not once has he made us feel any other way for any question we have. We looked at many different companies and working with Chris at the beginning of the process and now working with Michael every day has made us feel we made the right decision and we don’t regret it.
