Madison was extremely helpful throughout the planning and selection process for our custom home. She helped walk us through all of the general categories for items to build initial price points and give us the ability of locking down all of the major components for our home. Madison, in my opinion, went well beyond our expectations to obtaining answers to our multiple questions and concerns. Madison was refreshing to work with and quite knowledgeable with the many facets of selections. If Madison did not readily have an answer, she would research and always got back to us. Madison is the best!

We underwent a comprehensive selection process when deciding to embark on our large scale multi-dwelling residential project. After careful consideration, and based on their presentation, professionalism, knowledge, and collaboration, we selected Mill Creek Custom Homes as our custom home builder.

The project is still ongoing, and we have enjoyed working with MCCH throughout the process. A project of this scale is bound to have some issues come up. However, we have felt confident in working though all of the challenges due to the level of support we have received from their team.

One individual who stands out is Madison Abel. While her official title is "Sales Professional", her role in this project has been pivotal beyond her primary role. She has helped us throughout the entire process, from design to selection to project management. We are lucky to have her involved in this project.

Madison was great to walk us the design of our home and all the decisions that had to made which were many. She was great to work with and we did not have any surprises at the end with pricing. She was also very patient with all of our questions. We would definitely recommend using Mill Creek Custom Homes and Madison as a sales consultant.

She asked questions that led to thoughtful planning and listened to every comment made about our preferences, goals and desired lifestyle. She has continued with us throughout the process - being a great sounding board while design decisions were being made as well as assisting us when additional decisions were required during the construction process. We are less than 2 weeks away from move in and can't wait to live in this beautiful and well built home that Mill Creek Custom Homes created for us!
