I’ve known Josh for 8 years and have recently had the opportunity to work directly on a full house build with him. His client care and attention to detail are standout characteristics. He has an excellent grasp on trades and the tools required to do the job in a timely and proficient manner. Not only that, he’s not afraid to communicate if there are clarifications needed with engineers or to ask appropriate questions of city planners for example.
Easy to deal with and enthusiastic also describe him and I would highly recommend giving him the opportunity to make your project come to fruition.
