We came to know Josh Richmond while looking to build in Lakestone and recently took possession of our new Richmond Custom Home (RCH). This was not our first new build so we were well aware there would be challenges along the way, there always are. However, the manner in which Josh handled the tough conversations was impressive/thoughtful. It’s clear Josh sets high standards for himself and his team. All the RCH members we interacted with were knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. If you want a quality builder with reputable/reliable trades and loads of integrity, we highly recommend RCH.
