We hired Whitfield Homes for a major renovation project that included our lobby, 42 hotel rooms, and a new salt spa. This was a complex commercial project that needed to be completed during our slower winter season, and Whitfield delivered beyond expectations.The scope was massive - full bathroom renovations in all 42 rooms, complete kitchen renovations in 15 suites with new appliances and quartz countertops, plus a complete lobby transformation. Whitefield Homes and their team managed the timeline perfectly, coordinating everything so we could reopen for spring without any delays.The lobby renovation is stunning - they custom-built our front desk with micro-cement and plaster countertops, installed acoustic wall panels, and created a beautiful coffee bar that our guests absolutely love. The attention to detail is incredible.What impressed me most was their ability to work on an active hotel property without disrupting our guests. They were professional, clean, and respectful of our business operations throughout the entire process.The new salt spa is the first of its kind in the South Okanagan and has become a major draw for the hotel.
