Kevin and his team built a concrete patio and retaining wall in my backyard, added drainage systems and did some landscaping in my backyard. They did an unbelievable job and would recommend to anyone looking to redo there back yard or anything else around there home!
Please stay away from this contractor. They took my money and have put my projects on hold for months. He doesn't care about you and only cares about the money. Very poor work. Please stay away
Absolutely amazing experience with Capital Development! As a foster family, we always appreciate support from our local community, but this company went above and beyond in a way we’ll never forget. Kevin volunteered to help us out with our yard, ensuring everything was safe and comfortable for the children in our care. When they showed up, they actually did so much more than what they committed to. They took care of several small projects we had on our to-do list for months out of the kindness of their hearts. I was told this is level 5 finish. This company is a joke. I was going to work for Kevin but after seeing the kind of work they do. I was amazed the customer was ok with this in there very nice home. In all my career as a cabinet builder/ installer ive never seen such bad installation on very cheap cabinetry. Level 2 at best. Needs to be removed and reinstalled. I dont recommend you have work done by him or work with him. Im speaking with 35yrs experience. This guy is a thumbtack handyman with bery bad reviews.
