Built a home for us that had bad workmanship throughout , he returned to fix items , but left extreme damages then repairs. We had to stay in a hotel while the repairs done, but he left the house without telling our attorney.The only thing he had the purveyor come and fix the roof. His attorney came to see the damage he left but has not responded. My husband is ill and it has made his health worse by Carl's action.It has taken us 5 years to have him follow through for him to repair and has cost us $$..untrustworthy builder.
