We recently bought a Herringco home in Herring Legacy Estates. These are very well built homes. This is our sixth home and the best built of any of the previous homes. The quality is excellent considering the price of these homes. All of the walls are true and straight no wobbly base boards when you look down the walls. The floor tile lines up with all of the walls and no hollow spots under tiles. All of the trim in our home is actual wood trim not the cardboard that all the new homes are and the cabinets are real wood no particle board. The appliances and HVAC equipment are not builder grade. If anyone reading this is considering a Herringco home I would highly recommend this builder. We love our new house. Thank you Herringco for building a wonderful home.
