Love this location in Killeen. Stylecraft is a fantastic home builder with their quality really coming through over most other builders in their price point. Taylor Travis is so helpful to me and to all the clients that walk in so you can be rest assured you will be treated well in finding your next home.
Not sure why this says Levy Crossing but it’s Heartwood.I usually look at reviews for most things, but this was mostly something I left to my husband and I guess also trusted the realtor. Never again!!! We've been here for 2 yrs and after a year I unfortunately started to come across things that shouldn't have been in a house that cost as much as these do and that are brand new construction! The main complaint being the cheap shingles which seems to be a consistent if you read the reviews. I also found abo a 2-3in gap behind my stove where ants were coming in you could see outside. Thankfully that was all that got in. There was gaps in the roofing where sunlight came through that had to be repaired. Not as bad as my neighbors who had to have their whole roof replaced at a year for severe damage. My garage door completely stopped working. We found that it hadn't been installed properly. Instead of 2 springs it only had 1 and wasn't properly bolted into the wall. We're just lucky that it didn't fall on us. I would advise anyone looking to purchase to do your due diligence an inspect every corner, top to bottom. I'm sure there's still things we're unaware of. We’ve had to replace shingles already as well along with many of the neighbors on brand new builds.
