She did a great job of explaining everything in detail, and gave us options while Covid prices were changing building costs that seemed like daily. During a difficult time she made it rather easy. This is the second Westchester modular home that Debra Benjamin built for me. The first was 10 years ago. If you don’t know, when you order a modular much of it is done in the factory, but then you have to have a builder with a crew to come and finish it up on your site. They are both important components. I am very happy with my new home that I just moved in to. It is on a lake in Rhinebeck New York. As a designer I was very involved in the design process. Everyone did a great job I love my home. Problems that did arise were handled easily. I recommend both Deb Benjamin and Westchester modular homes.
