Purchased a new home a few years ago,the process with them was one of the better ones i had .i had issues with the after sales and the sales repthe sales rep was MIA the whole time and i had to deal direct.after sales, i called, left messages and emails and no one gets backI am trying to find details on something that is defective that was installed into the home and the 1 person is on holiday.
