Awesome, no issue with this company and they have been helpful so many times.Only issue I got was my fault as I should had the house inspected when I took possession of it. They will fix whatever has to be fixed (if any) while it's under warranty.I have been living in my house built by them since 2019 and I am really satisfied with it.
This is my 1st custom build home, unlike my concern before start, Greene Homes built a really beautiful home, it was much much more than I expected, quality was also great, especially people there were so great, their work performance and response impressed me but I know I need to watch everything more as this is a new built home, hopefully there is no major issue, thank you Shannon, Jesse, Melissa.
It has been just shy now of 6 months since our build was finished. The contractors they hire are all very skilled, friendly and respectful. Greene Homes continue to be promptly responsive to any concerns (20 mins to 24hrs to resolution has been our experience!). They will make every effort to attend to your needs! If you have never built a home the Greene approach is a great start. For the hardworking folks out there, the Greene Homes process is simply more attainable without the awkwardness of construction mortgages and their homes qualify for some really tasty energy star rebates! Check them out, we have no regrets!

Any issues we have had have been minor and expected with any new build. After move in, they have been there for any questions, concerns, fixes, with the same professional courteous service. I highly recommend this builder for your next home. The finished product is worth the wait.
