Unprofessional no values. Dealing with him and his son KM Contracting has been the worst experience of our lives. He is no longer a Tarion home warranty approved builder. Knew how to work that system. Most positive reviews are from his family and employees. Look at his brand new 2019 models on his web page 6 years later. Stay clear

Maize Homes built our house in March until July of 2015. Jason and his team did an awesome job of building us exactly the home we wanted. We dealt with Jason directly at all stages of our build from the planning right up until the day he personally gave us a walk-through and handed us our keys. Jason was highly knowledgeable about all aspects of home building and was really easy to work with. He is great at offering up his own ideas and suggestions, but also listening to what you want and letting your vision guide the process. Workmanship and quality is also all top notch in everything from structure & framing to finishing details. I highly recommend!
