Element built us our dream house, and it turned out better than anything I could have ever imagined! Building a custom home is daunting, but Liz and the team took us through it one step at a time so it always felt manageable. Their guidance through the process was outstanding and helped shape a masterpiece! They stayed on top of construction to ensure we moved in by our deadline, and they continue to respond to and fix any issues promptly. Honestly, there are not enough words to adequately describe their professionalism, talent, and ability to deliver. This house is pure luxury, and my family and I pinch ourselves every day that we get to live in an Element home.

After a lengthy build process, we closed on a home that had gained significant value yet still needed a lot of work. At first, I was ready to hire my own contractors just to complete it. Then, the day after closing, a crew of contractors arrived - painters, plumbers, carpenters, you name it.

We had the opportunity to meet each craftsman as they poured their hearts into their work. Day after day, for several weeks, crews kept arriving. With every brush stroke and adjustment, they transformed our house into the home we had envisioned.

Of course, any new build has details to work through, and a home of our size and complexity had more than a few. But Element has been there every step of the way. Warranty issues have been handled promptly, often within a couple of days. They have worked directly with subcontractors to fine-tune systems like our A/C and entertainment setup and even introduced us to their trusted partners for post-close upgrades.
