We had our custom house constructed by Kent Custom Homes and we are very happy with the results. KCH managed the project from demolition of the old house to the construction of the new house. The quality of workmanship was excellent. All the workers involved in the construction of the house were very experienced in their trade. Throughout the project, the assigned project manager was very professional in addressing any of our questions or concerns. The design team and other staff members provided the necessary support to ensure the quality of our custom home. The construction site was always kept clean and safe, which we greatly appreciated because it is a one street community without outlet. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work done by Kent Custom Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder.

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the Kent Custom Homes team for building our dream home even better than imagined! This is my third custom home and this has been hands down the best experience of them all! The quality of their product is exceptional and they were always willing to think outside of the box to make our vision come to life. A lot of builders have a version of "custom" that falls short. Our new home is truly CUSTOM inside and out thanks to KCH's ingenuity and attention to detail. Our New England inspired Modern Craftsman has a lot of extra details and finishes, not once did KCH try to dissuade us. They always found a way to deliver and the finished product is flawless and spectacular in each and every way! Many thanks to Joel, Jenn, Nathan and Riley for making our dreams come true.

Amazing experience from initial email inquiring about their process, to the key handover for my custom home. I brought the Kent team a set of plans that I found and liked, and they were able to adjust it to my exact requests, and make my dream home a reality. Communication thru the whole process was clear, the project went super smooth, and the home was done ahead of schedule. Couldn’t have asked for a better team for building my first custom home, and would highly recommend Kent Custom Homes to anyone in the market for a new custom home.
