Goodall Homes at Knoxville TN

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Goodall Homes and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our realtor, Brandy, has been professional and very communicative throughout the entire process. She sends us regular updates with photos of our home’s construction progress, which we really appreciate. The floor plan layout is exactly what we were looking for, and the location in Farragut is beautiful. We also love the greenways in the common spaces, and the clubhouse pool is excellent. Everything has been well-organized, and the process has felt smooth and stress-free.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience working with Carly at Goodall Homes! Relocating from out of state can be stressful, but Carly made the entire process incredibly smooth and reassuring. Most of our communication was remote, yet she always made us feel supported and in the loop. Carly went above and beyond—even taking the time to drive through the Ivey Farms neighborhood and share videos and insights to help us get a better feel for the area. When we flew in to tour homes, she was well-prepared and helped us make the most of our time. In the end, we chose a home that was still under construction, and Carly has continued to be amazing—keeping us updated regularly and staying in touch every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with Carly’s dedication, professionalism, and personal touch. We’re so excited to move into our new Goodall home in Ivey Farms and are incredibly grateful to have had Carly by our side through it all!
