Everyone I worked with was so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Brohn really took great care of me and I have to say very pleased with the new home. Becca & Jake are amazing people, answered all my questions and help me through the process very thoroughly. They also did very well taken care of me being a disabled veteran. I highly recommend getting into Casetta Ranch or any home community with Brohn. Becca Hardy at the Brohn Homes Community at Casetta Ranch in Kyle Texas was absolutely instrumental in getting us into our dream home. We were sure we were going to have to settle at the price point we thought we needed to be at, but Becca was great at asking us what we had looked at and what we really were hoping for. She had a perfect fit in mind, and when she showed it to us - it was love at first sight.
Becca was so encouraging and really listened to our story and our dreams. As a result we are now in a brand new, beautiful home with no compromises! We couldn’t be happier and we are so grateful to have met and worked with Becca who really made it all come together!

Bailey and her team at Brohn Casetta Ranch were the most professional group of people and made my homebuying experience a very positive one. I am an out of state buyer and they made it a very easy process from start to finish, making my homebuying process completely virtual. During the last stages of construction, they conducted weekly meetings to keep me posted on what has been completed and what still needs to be done. Because of their thoroughness, I did not hesitate to have them install additional options such as washer/dryer, garage door opener, ceiling fans, and rain gutters. They worked seamlessly with the lender, realtors, home inspector, and the property management teams. I would definitely work again with Brohn, Bailey and her team for my next investment in Austin area!
