Becca Hardy at the Brohn Homes Community at Casetta Ranch in Kyle Texas was absolutely instrumental in getting us into our dream home. She had a perfect fit in mind, and when she showed it to us - it was love at first sight.Becca was so encouraging and really listened to our story and our dreams. Bailey and her team at Brohn Casetta Ranch were the most professional group of people and made my homebuying experience a very positive one. I am an out of state buyer and they made it a very easy process from start to finish, making my homebuying process completely virtual. During the last stages of construction, they conducted weekly meetings to keep me posted on what has been completed and what still needs to be done. Because of their thoroughness, I did not hesitate to have them install additional options such as washer/dryer, garage door opener, ceiling fans, and rain gutters. They worked seamlessly with the lender, realtors, home inspector, and the property management teams. I would definitely work again with Brohn, Bailey and her team for my next investment in Austin area!
