I engaged Jody and Janet 9 months ago when I first started to initiate my move across the country which entailed selling my home in Seattle and subsequently purchasing in middle Tennessee. We purchased our home in Timber Ridge over two years ago from Eastland Construction. As someone who also works in real estate, I say without a doubt that Eastland is the best of the best. We are still within our first year of any warranty and must commend Terry with the warranty team who visits with such a smile ready to adjust anything after closing.
