I bought my townhome in La Vergne, TN from Lake Forest Homes in June 2020. I am very happy with my home. It is a great value for the size and the layout was ideal for me and I feel the home has great resale value as a single family home. I also really enjoy that it is connected to the La Vergne Greenway running/walking path.I believe my home to be a good investment for myself if I decide to sell at one point, or rent it out. My home is sturdy and well built and I really enjoy owning it.I had a couple minor interior issues in the first year and the warranty team responded in a timely manner and came out and fixed those issues for me.I recently had a much larger issue come up with a crossed electrical meter incident that was discovered some time after owning the home. Lake Forest has helped me to resolve a large part of the issue and is continuing to work with me to get it 100% resolved. I appreciate their professionalism and assistance throughout the process.The office manager does a great job and I appreciate the builder's knowledge and expertise in his field.Sincerely,Aiyana Cadwell
