Yeah I’m officially over it. If you value anything in life don’t move in here. Something new breaks every week. It’s not just me ask everybody around. You can’t even put a tv on the wall because they fall out the wall because the walls are so thin. 2 TVs have fallen out the wall. Pantry shelf just randomly falls out the wall because the walls can’t even hold up pantry shelf’s….. The kitchen sink is leaking internally leaking and flooding the cabinets below just like everybody else’s that is experiencing this problem. Anytime the wind blows you can hear the exhaust fans rattling from outside inside the house in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Nothing is correctly screwed. Cabinets have screws not screwed all the way in the way just sticking out. Doors are falling off the hinges and falling out of the wall. Door knobs aren’t staying together falling apart. Thinnest paint ever on the walls you can’t rub ANYTHING on the wall without it marking up. A/C doesn’t blow evenly in the house. Oh and if you value sleep go ahead and check that off the box too for 2 days. They take out the trash every Friday morning at 6am slinging garbage cans around etc waking you up because you hear everything outside because the walls are thin and on Thursdays they cut the grass at 7 in the morning. This is just the absolute biggest joke. They are fully building out 12,000 SQ Feet in less than 3 months that should tell you everything. Stay far away I can’t imagine the people that bought out here I know they are devastated. Stay far away if you value nice things and value sleep cause you won’t get any of that here. Everything about this place is horrible don’t let the fake reviews that are reviewed before they even move in fool you. They get you to leave a review before you even move in to hide the real reviews once you move in and see the horror story. STAY FAR AWAY

Oak Creek Preserve Townhomes by Maronda Homes is truly a gem in Lakeland. We absolutely love the townhomes! Jessica Golden was our salesperson. When we came to Oak Creek Preserve, we were warmly greeted by Jessica who then showed us a model townhome. My wife was so happy to find out she could pick the countertops and colors of the carpet, tile, and cabinets. I was very glad with the price they offered as well. We highly recommend this builder and their sales team. We didn’t feel pressured but felt that they served us very well. Excellent job to Jessica and the team! And thank you very much! We can’t wait to move in when the townhome is ready!

The quality is below average. We've had nothing but problems inside our first 30 days. My wife found excessive water leaking in the pantry, someone drilled holes for the racks into the water pipes. It's been about a month trying to get this resolved. My wife can only use part of the pantry in the house we paying 300k for. Everyone does work when they want to. No one keeps their word. The guy that fixed the water leak didn't show up until 2 days after we scheduled for him to come. We been waiting on a painter after being told 3 times different days and times he would come. We've had issues with other cosmetic items I won't outline that my wife is displeased with. For new construction, it's not worth it. We want to rent it out and live somewhere else. 2 stars ?? is generous because they look nice.

My review is for Clarke at Oak Creek, Clarke was very kind and very informative. He was in constant communication with me even and extended as much help and resources as possible. He was seems to care about his clients and that is a exceptional trait to have. He is genuine and seems to love his job. I would recommend him to anyone ??.
