Summerlin at Hawthorne Ranch by D.R. Horton

We had a great experience with DR Horton from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, easy, and well-organized, which made what can be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. We absolutely love our townhouse—the layout, quality, and overall design exceeded our expectations and truly feels like home. A huge part of our positive experience was our Sales Associate, Jennifer. She was incredibly helpful not just during the purchase process, but long after as well. Jennifer struck the perfect balance between being personable and professional, always making herself available to answer questions and guide us through each step. She was a tremendous resource and truly went above and beyond. We’re very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend DR Horton—especially if you have the chance to work with Jennifer.

Today we closed a transaction with DR Horton, and I want to thank you, Nariusky Avila, for your excellent management and support throughout the entire process. It was a true pleasure working with you: the communication was clear, everything flowed very smoothly, and my client, the buyer, was truly pleased. Thank you for your professionalism and for making this transaction so seamless and without any major issues. I hope we can work together again soon!

Naurskiy was hands down the best real estate agent I’ve worked with at D.R. Horton. This is my second home with D.R. Horton, and I was genuinely thrilled with the entire experience ??. Naurskiy treated my family with the utmost respect and even helped my mom start the process of buying her own home! Which made her cry from excitement! God bless Naurskiy and all her future buyers ????!!!! I’m beyond grateful that my family gets to be part of D.R. Horton. Pedro and Estrella the finance team who was assigned to my loan and my mom's were also amazing—super attentive, very patient with me lol, and always willing to answer all of our questions. Huge shout-out to everyone who helped both me and my mom purchase our next home. Truly an incredible experience! ??
