This was our first home construction project and we are glad to have partnered with Ryan Homes - Colorado. Chris Sublette is an "involved owner" who helped to guide us throughout the project to ensure we got the Dream Home we desired. Kristy, his interior designer, worked collaboratively with my wife (Janine) to ensure we received the look, feel, and functionality we were looking for. We built during COVID and lived remote (at our existing home in Oregon) during the 15 months it took to build our home. This increased project complexity but the Ryan Homes Team has been doing this for a long, long time and ensured they were our project owner. Post project, we had a handful of warranty and non-warranty issues and we could not be happier with the response and actions we received from Chris and his project manager (Ricardo).

Ryan Homes was incredibly proactive and engaging during every step of the process from architectural design to post move in support. I particularly appreciated the transparent communication from Ryan Homes throughout the entire build process. I always knew where we stood from a budget perspective, design support was absolutely incredible, and I am completely satisfied with Ryan Homes. The aesthetics of the finished product is gorgeous. This is all important, but in my opinion the most important aspect of building a home is the quality of the finished product. It has been 15 years since my home has been completed. My home has stood the test of time, and I am confident it will be in great shape for decades to come. I highly recommend Ryan Homes!
