Our family moved into our custom-built home in Evergreen just last month and we couldn’t be happier with it. Designing and building a home from scratch is a daunting undertaking, and we knew upfront that choosing the right company to work with would have a dramatic impact on not only the finished product, but also on our experience (i.e. mental health) for 2+ years. Throughout this process, there has never been a point when we regretted our decision to work with Summit Ridge.Shout out to our awesome project managers, Dalton and Dean. These guys were at the site daily to help us make decisions, oversee sub-contractors, solve problems and get their hands dirty. We never had to worry that they wouldn’t follow through on something. When vendors or sub-contractors made mistakes, our project managers took the initiative to find a solution and get things back on track. They sent us updates daily and were always available to answer our questions.Dan, the big boss, runs Summit Ridge with integrity. He invests in creating a culture of excellence and grace, and it shows in every employee they have. Catherine toiled tirelessly to work through every issue that came up with the bank that issued our construction loan (and there were many, many issues). The other employees that pitched in temporarily to help when something was needed were happy to do so.In short, the whole team at Summit Ridge is consistently hard-working, honest, skilled, friendly and just overall conscientious in their work. Either every person there loves their job, or they are fantastic actors. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for someone to build or remodel their home.

Summit Ridge did a custom build for us and they were excellent.Honest, open, organized. Communication was prompt and forthright. Dean, our project manager was excellent. Building a home is a complex and sometimes difficult project. Back office support was great, you always know where you stand in the budget. Their cost estimate was realistic and on target. If you go down this road, you definitely want a partner that you can trust.....these are the guys.
