They have beautiful model homes! When I visited, I had the chance to speak with their agent, Madai. She was very pleasant, professional, had a great attitude, and answered all of my questions about the homes. You could tell she was truly passionate about their community. With the incentives they offer, you can definitely get a great deal. I would highly recommend these homes to anyone looking to buy in new construction!
Vivian made my experience at Legacy Homes Terra Sol II absolutely amazing! She was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. The homes are gorgeous and the whole community has such a peaceful vibe. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re thinking about buying here!
Vivian was incredibly welcoming and made my experience at Terra Sol truly enjoyable. Her warmth and professionalism made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had such a pleasant and memorable visit thanks to her!
Where to start? I purchase a home from this company about 10 months ago. Nothing but nightmare after nightmare. And it’s not just me, the rest of the neighborhood has had a similar sentiment.I recently engaged with this company on their public Facebook profile, commenting on their post that I do not recommend them as they fail to honor home warranties and have been apathetic in listening to their customers. Legacy Homes USA did not choose to respond on Facebook and fix issues at hand, but rather decided to block me and hide the comment. If a company can’t be transparent about issues surrounding their quality output, I’d hope nobody else falls in the same trap that I have. I’m hoping I won’t have to file a lawsuit to get my home fixed, but many of the homeowners in our neighborhood are fed up and feel like that may be the only way we may be able to finally have a home we are comfortable in.I’m July, we had some door frames replaced under warranty (we moved in late January). During the repair, the contractor installed a screw going into the frame at a 45 deg angle. This was brought to the customer care team’s attention in July and is still not resolved. The contractor also used a box blade to slice through the paint on one door casing that was supposed to be replaced. The contractor forgot to replace this casing and now I am left with a worsened condition on the casing and no fix after 11 months of waiting.James, the customer care associate, was decent for awhile but came over one day to look at repairs that were performed that he claimed Legacy did not agree to but were performed anyway by a contractor and began to act hostile with me. He tried to blame me for his inability to be superintendent, and did so all in front of my infant and toddler in a very unprofessional manner. I had to ask him to step outside of my home so we could talk like men since that is what he was preferring to do, at which point he apologized although it felt insincere.Their HVAC subcontractor came in and scraped my walls throughout the house. My cabinets are not square/level and cabinet doors don’t sit flush with each other. Drawers pull out angled towards each other and clash. Drywall has cracked in every joint in the home. There is a large line in the ceiling running through my kitchen and and living room where it appears drywall is drooping. Light fixtures in bathroom have coatings flake away at the first sight of the A/C kicking on. Window seals crack, and have never been sealed correctly. Door casings are not aligned. Carpet is not installed well either, as it constantly comes untucked when vacuuming. The exterior stucco has cracked to kingdom come. These are just a handful of issues we’ve had that come to mind as I type this. We’ve had quality issues related plumbing, HVAC, drywall, paint, electrical, exterior, landscaping, and pretty much any other portion of our home that you can think of. Nearly every subcontractor we’ve had has shown up late, and some have not even shown at all. We were supposed to have a drywall contractor put over a week ago, who no showed, and I’ve still not been given an update as to when they will show up or if someone else will. It’s frustrating because it seemed like Tarik and JR cared to keep their customers happy. James had the same mantra at first as well, but it’s been such a downhill slide that I don’t see improving. I really hope I’m wrong, and I don’t have to resort to countless hours in arbitration to get my home fixed to a level that a new home should be presented. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of moving in before so many things were fixed. I felt pressured by the sales associate Maryhelen at the time, who told me, “well some people just save their money and we can just sell your home to them” when we were in the process of selling our home in another state 1300 miles away through the Christmas holiday season last year. Regardless, I expect my home to be fixed to baseline quality of the model homes in my neighborhood. At this point, I haven’t received that and I’m tired of waiting.
I looked at this community and I was not impressed. Layouts were small considering the price and square footage. I compared these to another active development (FRONTIER HOMES ) and Frontier are much more welcoming, professional plus they have two sites and building much faster. Most importantly they offer better incentives to the buyer and the sales office actually cares about you rather than talk over you! Not a fan and very disappointing. Check out Frontier homes before you buy.
